The Byzantine gladiolus is a perennial, perennial means it will come back every year. It has sword shaped leaves with spikes.
This plant blooms in late spring to early summer and it grows up to 2 or 3 ft.
Byzantine gladiolus flowers are edible, however the bulb and the corms are poisonous.
Byzantine gladiolus can be different colors like pink, yellow, lavender, rose, green, and burgundy.
The flower is beautiful and you did a great job!
