Byzantine Galdiola

The Byzantine gladiolus is a perennial, perennial means it will come back every year. It has sword shaped leaves with spikes.

This plant blooms in late spring to early summer and it grows up to 2 or 3 ft.

Byzantine gladiolus flowers are edible, however the bulb and the corms are poisonous.

Byzantine gladiolus can be different colors like pink, yellow, lavender, rose, green, and burgundy.
